Flexible Job Classifications
NYCG consultants work in a variety of job classifications:
- Salary W2 classification: Provides a market-leading salary and a full suite of W2 benefits.
- Hourly W2 With Benefits classification: Provides a competitive wage and a corresponding set of W2 benefits.
- Hourly W2 Without Benefits classification: Provides a competitive wage without benefits.
- Subcontractor classification: Provides marketing and client contract negotiation services for qualified corporations with senior consultants.
We offer interesting contract, contract-to-hire and direct-hire opportunities at leading companies. Many of our clients are large corporations with sophisticated IT departments, while some are more moderately sized, so we have a good variety.
Our contract assignments typically last at least several months and most run much longer. In some cases, our consultants have been extended on assignments for years. Therefore, we devote significant time and energy getting to know you and learning about your skills, experience, work style and preferences.
